Shipping Costs

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 7 days after payment. Our production team operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the office is closed. In these instances, we take steps to minimize any potential dispatch delays.
Change of Delivery Address
If you wish to change your delivery address, we can accommodate this request as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and ship the remaining items once they are back in stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject the delivery from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for further instructions at hello@blin.ke.
Duties & Taxes
• Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods displayed on the Website.
• Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, so please be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Blink Digital at your expense, and you will not receive a refund for the value of goods paid.
